About us:

Company Profile:

Imperial Cleaning Company is a partnership and family run business, which began trading in 1977.

A number of clients have remained with our company for many years, including a Property Management Company that we have provided Office Cleaning services for since we started trading.  Circle Anglia has used our services since 1986 and during this time the number of contracts we have successfully secured with them has increased.

Over recent years there have been numerous changes in regulations affecting the operation of a business, which we have dealt with in a competent and efficient way.

As Partners, we would welcome the opportunity to expand even more as we feel we have the experience and capability to do so.

Management Structure:

Partners

The two Partners of the company divide the responsibilities between them.  One of them deals with office procedures, including secretarial and accounts.  The other is more operational, liaising with clients and ensuring through dealing with his managers that contracts are carried out to a satisfactory standard.

Managers

The managers quality check the day to day running of the contracts, ensuring operatives are carrying out their duties correctly and that the correct equipment is in place for them to carry out their duties.

Supervisors

The supervisor liaises with the manager, informing them of any problems that may arise and oversees the work of the operatives.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

Imperial Cleaning Company take great pride in customer satisfaction in all the work that we undertake.

This includes the induction of all new cleaners advising them of the company's Code of Practice and the quality of cleaning expected of them 

There are supervisors who ensure that sufficient cleaning materials and equipment are available to the operatives.  They regularly visit sites to ensure that work is being carried out to the client's satisfaction.

The Management Team encourage close one-to-one liaison between clients and management and also between management and operatives on all matters relative to sites. They visit sites whilst staff are working to check that our high standards are maintained.  This also enables them to react quickly to any particular client need which may arise, or to recommend any ad hoc work which may be beneficial to the client.
